its a pretty lamp. Beautiful warm cozy light. I got it as i usually don't sleep at dark. but its a bit bright for sleeping light. looks wise it does give the moon illusion from far. But it does not looks exactly like moon. But i really love its lighting so im keeping it. i used an old adaptor. when u switch on its get on and vice versa. Yes it comes with a lead attached to it permanently. & no you won't get an adaptor.But you'll love how it lighten up your room. Its for decoration. Yes easy to use, size is normal to small.
